Supreme Transs Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Supreme Transs. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. This agreement is between you (the “Customer”) and Supreme Transs.
Services Provided
Supreme Transs arranges for the transportation of vehicles through licensed and insured carriers. We commit to delivering your vehicle in a safe and timely manner, though specific pickup and delivery dates are not guaranteed due to potential unforeseen circumstances.
Booking and Payment
- Booking: To book a service, you must provide accurate information about your vehicle and transportation requirements. Any changes to this information may affect the service and cost.
- Payment: Payment is due upon delivery of your vehicle. We accept cash, cashier’s check, or money order. Personal checks and credit cards are not accepted at the time of delivery.
Pickup and Delivery
- Pickup: The carrier will pick up your vehicle as close to your requested location as safely and legally possible. If access is restricted, you may need to meet the carrier at an alternate location.
- Delivery: You or your designated agent must be present at the delivery location. If you cannot be there, please designate an agent in advance. Vehicles will not be released without a signed bill of lading.
Vehicle Condition and Preparation
- Operable Condition: Your vehicle must be in good working order for transport. If it becomes inoperable during transport, an additional fee will be charged.
- Preparation: Remove all personal items and secure or remove loose parts. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the vehicle or for any items that may become loose during transport.
Personal Items and Prohibited Contents
- Personal Items: Do not leave personal items in your vehicle. If you do, they are transported at your own risk, and additional fees may apply.
- Prohibited Contents: Do not include explosives, firearms, flammable materials, or illegal items in your vehicle. Discovery of such items may result in cancellation of service and legal action.
Insurance and Liability
- Insurance: The carrier provides primary insurance for your vehicle during transport. We recommend maintaining your own comprehensive insurance for added protection.
- Liability: Supreme Transs is not liable for damages caused by acts of God, vandalism, or any items flying from the road or sky. We are also not responsible for mechanical failures or damage to non-factory installed equipment.
Claims and Damages
- Reporting: Inspect your vehicle upon delivery. Note any damage on the bill of lading before signing. Report any damage to us within 24 hours via email at supremetranss@gmail.com.
- Process: Submit a completed claim form with photos and two repair estimates within three days of delivery. We will process your claim within 10-20 business days.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations: You can cancel your order before your vehicle is assigned to a carrier without any fees. If your vehicle has been assigned to a carrier, an administrative fee may apply.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed for cancellations made before vehicle assignment, excluding any non-refundable credit card or wire transfer fees.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration by the laws of the state of Washington. You waive the right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuits against Supreme Transs.
